What changed

Struck in red is what Salesforce removed; blue is what they added. Muted text is unchanged context.

AddedUpdateupdate#1
Before: not present
After: Most affected services are now processing new jobs successfully. Services that moved to another processing path, including activations, data services, and insights, are completing new jobs. We're confirming recovery for the remaining services. Jobs that were pending before the recovery are still delayed. Our third-party provider expects to clear them within four hours. We're working with the provider on the safest way to recover these older jobs and avoid additional impact. Customers may continue to see delayed activation files, Calculated Insights, Data Transforms, and data ingestion jobs. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves these records existed by then and have not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Rewindex captured this after the last checkpoint; the next run (00:41 UTC) commits it.
