This incident has now been resolved! To recap, on August 7, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm UTC, we were experiencing an unusually high backlog in the session processing service. Session capture was reduced to about half of the traffic during this time. The backlog in processing has been cleared, but session capture will adjust throughout the day as we recalculate sampling from the traffic we detect on your site. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this!
