Hotjar: Hotjar not loading on Firefox 77 and below

On 14th July 2020 at 14:27 UTC, our engineers were made aware of an issue where users could not login to Hotjar if they were using Firefox 77 and below. This issue began at around 08:00 UTC and was resolved at 15:20 UTC. The cause was a change made to the Hotjar Admin Interface that utilised features that were not supported in Firefox versions 77 and below. You website should not have been affected.
