Our team has resolved the issue impacting customers from submitting CIS returns to HMRC. This issue related to a system configuration error which meant if specific fields within a CIS return were blank, the return failed to submit. Our technical team identified this issue and put in place a fix which resolved this for all customers. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
