    On March 23rd and 24th 2023, two of our uploading system processes in Asia Pacific South-East region and Asia Pacific South region respectively, exited prematurely in our Archiver servers due to an unexpected error. Our monitoring alerted the issue and the Engineering team took measures to recover from the error and continue uploading. However, posterior validation checks confirmed missing of a few number of archives despite the efforts to recover from the operational fault. In the first server issue, archives stopped after 08:05:00 UTC, or after that time started prior to 08:35:00 UTC were impacted. Issue got resolved after that. In the second server issue, archives stopped after 04:14:00 UTC, or after that time started prior to 04:33:00 UTC were impacted. Issue got resolved after that.
