At 2024/12/27 12:24 UTC, a server that hosts our Enterprise Media and Session Connections failed in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. The impacted instance was removed from rotation immediately. Some customers may have experienced the disconnection of the session if impacted by the very few sessions that were affected. Any customer impact should be fully resolved at 2024/12/27 12:25 UTC.
