The USA Inbound SMS API- Content modified issue has been resolved. The following services were impacted from [29-08-2024 11:00] UTC until [10-09-2024 08:36] UTC: Messages received from T-Mobile handsets to a subset of US shortcodes resulted in SMS API customers receiving messages in binary HEX format and Messages API customers receiving empty message bodies. Inbound messages to US numbers, excluding shortcodes, were not impacted. All services have been restored. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
