We experienced an issue with Voice SDK calls between 2:18 PM PDT on 06/09/2021 and 11:40 AM PDT on 06/21/2021 not including all metadata including OS, Browser Version, etc. New calls include this data and we will be updating calls from the incident period to include the missing data. This issue has been resolved.
