Twilio: Reporting Delays For Super SIM Connection Events and Usage Records
Timeline of updates
- resolved
We are no longer experiencing reporting delay issues for Super SIM Connection Events and Usage Records in the DE1 and SG1 regions this issue has been resolved. However, while attempting to replay Super SIM Connection Events and Usage Records that were not published during the incident, we have identified an issue that prevents us from completing the process. Unfortunately, this means that the events that were not published are lost and cannot be recovered. We estimated that the incident affected around 100% of devices that were connected to the SG1 internet breakout region (using APN sg1.super) between March 1st 8 AM UTC and March 2nd 10:30 AM UTC, and about 11% of devices connected to the DE1 internet breakout region (using APN de1.super) between March 2nd 8AM UTC and March 2nd 10:30AM UTC.
From Twilio’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.twilio.com (opens in new tab).
