Between 08/18/2021 4:20PM and 09/14/2021 5:00PM Pacific Time, an error was reported with Twilio Voice Conference Calls which prevented a small subset of Twilio customers from using the announcement feature during the call. Customers experiencing the error would have noted an elevated 404 error response to the announcement request. The issue has now been resolved.
