Certain services were degraded for 12 minutes between 05:01 and 05:13 Pacific Time on 01-11-2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced issues related to account creation/closures, provisioning or releasing numbers from the Console/API, and errors in the Console for billing-related pages and actions. The issue has now been resolved.
