Due to an internal error that occurred from 12:28 PST 8/18 through 12:58 PST 8/23, malformed incoming multi-segment SMS messages were not logged. These messages are normally logged with Twilio error 30009: - https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors/30009 (opens in new tab) The issue has now been resolved, and malformed incoming messages are now being logged.
