Twilio: Issues With Onboarding New Numbers or Deprovisioning 10DLC Numbers
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Engineers have concluded that the provisioning delay with the carrier will continue to be an ongoing issue. The wait time has improved since opening this issue, but on average the expected delay could be approximately 10 days for provisioning changes to take effect on the carrier side. This delay may cause message delivery issues to and from T-Mobile subscribers for newly provisioned and deprovisioned lines. We will be closing this incident, but please be aware of the above details moving forward. Thank you for your patience with this investigation.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
