Twilio: Users are not able to create custom Twimlets in Twilio Labs.
Timeline of updates
- resolved
We have fully investigated the issue surrounding the creation of custom Twimlets in Twilio Labs, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. We are currently experiencing issues with the saving functionality of "My Twimlets" that is affecting a limited set of customers and we are in the process of working on resolving the issue. If you are unable to save your "My Twimlets" you can use the following workaround to unblock yourself. Above the "Save URL" button in the My Twimlets experience you should see a "Resulting URL" field. That URL will perform the same functionality as the Twimlet you are trying to save and you can use that as a Webhook URL in place of the shortened URL you are trying to save. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
From Twilio’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.twilio.com (opens in new tab).
