New Relic: Alert Irregularities in US Region
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 16:51 UTC and 17:21 UTC on August 18th, some customers in the US region may have experienced delayed or missing alert notifications for all data sources. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of false-positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts were temporarily suppressed for applicable customers between 16:58 UTC and 17:21 UTC. We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.
From New Relic’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.newrelic.com (opens in new tab).
