At 1125 UTC, Hotjar surveys had been incorrectly applied across all of Insights and our Hotjar.com site, being served to every user on every page. We're really sorry for the trouble! We identified the problem quickly and declared this incident, de-activating the surveys and ensuring they're not displaying anymore. Thanks for bearing with us while we worked to resolve this.
