The Gorgias mobile app has trouble connecting to the Gorgias servers.
A new version is being pushed to the Play Store and App Store; make sure you have the latest version installed. - identified
For the users that are accessing the Helpdesk on the Gorgias Mobile app, the authentication is currently not possible. We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
