After: Our teams have identified a potential root cause of the issue preventing some Dynatrace Managed customers from logging in to their Managed clusters and are actively working toward a fix.  The impact remains limited to customers who use OpenID Connect (OIDC)-based single sign-on (SSO) authentication on Dynatrace Managed version 1.348; customers using other authentication methods or Managed versions are not affected. Impacted customers can contact their Dynatrace support team for a potential workaround Implementing and validating the fix will require additional time. We will provide an update within the next 24 hours, or sooner if meaningful progress is made. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your continued patience.
