After: Our teams have implemented a fix for the issue that prevented some Dynatrace Managed customers from logging in to their Managed clusters. We are now actively monitoring the fix to ensure stability. The impact was limited to customers who use OpenID Connect (OIDC)-based single sign-on (SSO) authentication on Dynatrace Managed version 1.348; customers using other authentication methods or Managed versions were not affected. If you believe you are still impacted, we encourage you to contact your Dynatrace Support team for assistance. We will provide an update within the next 24 hours, or sooner if meaningful progress is made.
