We identified and resolved a connectivity issue that impacted the platform in the Europe region on 2026-01-13 between 18.29 UTC and 18.39 UTC. During the incident window, you may have experienced sporadic failures affecting Session Connection, Archiving, and Broadcasting requests, with API calls returning HTTP 500, 501, 502, or 503 errors. Retrying the operation would have likely succeeded in many cases. The issue has been resolved and services are operating normally. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

From Vonage’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on vonageapi.statuspage.io (opens in new tab).
