This incident has been resolved. Our Carrier partner has confirmed Inbound SMS sending towards Thailand Long Virtual Numbers will require pre-approval in order to have international reach. Please kindly reach out to your Vonage Account Manager or support@api.vonage.com if you would like to receive Inbound SMS from other countries other than Thailand to your subscribed Thailand Long Virtual Numbers.
