Please be informed that there was service degradation for outbound calls from a subset of Philippines long virtual numbers to Globe network during 03:32 to 05:21 UTC on 12 Aug 2025. This has recovered. It was caused by a SIP trunk issue between our partner carrier and Globe network. Please contact support@api.vonage.com if you have any questions.
