This issue has been resolved. The following services were impacted from [27-07-2024 12:31] UTC until [27-07-2024 13:47] UTC. Voice API: Missing callbacks for apse1, euw1 and euc1 regions for the customers using the voice transcription feature which is a part of the record action. All services have been restored. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
