On March 19th, 2025 between 16:00:20 and 16:00:30 UTC, a brief outage impacted Live Captions from about 20 customers in our US East datacenter. The affected service instance has been restarted and Captions API is now functioning normally. For any additional questions, please contact support at support@api.vonage.com
