This incident has been resolved impacting outbound SMS originating from Polish virtual numbers. Customers may have experienced rejections sending from Polish virtual numbers to Poland. SMS originating from Alpha sender IDs to destination Poland are not impacted. The list of services that were impacted from 2022-11-21 11:11 UTC until 2022-11-25 13:32 UTC are as follows: SMS API SMS originating from Polish LVN to Poland All services have been restored.
