Twilio: Programmable Messaging was degraded due to a capacity constraint on Twilio's Toll-Free MMS peering partner connection.
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Twilio's Programmable Messaging was degraded from August 15 at 8:02 AM PT until August 22 at 12:50 AM PT. This was due to a capacity constraint on Twilio's Toll-Free MMS peering partner connection. A small number of outbound Toll-Free MMS experienced failure error 30008. Twilio engineers collaborated with the partner to increase capacity and fully restore Toll-Free MMS traffic. The issue has now been resolved.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
