Timeline of updates
- resolved
Following a regulatory change in Ireland on July 3rd 2025, some alphanumeric senders are overwritten with "Likely SCAM" for SMS delivery. However between 2025-07-07 at 10:01:38 am EST and 2025-07-10 at 10:40:04 am EST, some of these messages were unintentionally blocked with error 30007. The issue has been resolved and all overwritten senders are now processing normally. To avoid your message being modified with "Likely SCAM", please [follow these steps link1 and link 2]. From Twilio’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.twilio.com (opens in new tab).
