Timeline of updates
- resolved
Third-party reports of issues on T-Mobile’s US network in the northeastern United States causing intermittent impacts to connectivity subsided around 8:00 pm Pacific yesterday (May 31). We have not received any new reports of issues from users of Super SIM and Programmable Wireless SIMs in the region. Tests performed by Twilio in the region indicate that connectivity is working properly. We’re resolving this incident now and advise customers to contact support for further assistance if they start experiencing any issues over Super SIM and Programmable Wireless SIMs.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.twilio.com (opens in new tab).
