Twilio: Submit Ticket Button is Missing in the New Help Center
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Engineering Team reviewed the issue and confirmed that this is working as per design. Below are the suggested guidelines from the Engineering Team: Login to Console> Go to Support Center (this will launch the new Help Center (if in the pilot)) > Search > Contact Support The Contact support button is only seen after search by: Selecting a Support Article (these are the links that do not have the :new-window: after the title, and to be scrolled till the bottom of the article). Or, if there are no relevant search results, scrolling to the bottom of the search results page (users may need to click “view more” in the results to see it). Users who are experiencing issues submitting requests through the new Help Center site should log out of Console, and then visit our existing site at https://help.twilio.com/submit (opens in new tab) to submit a report of their problems.
From Twilio’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.twilio.com (opens in new tab).
