Sprout Social change history: Meta Connectivity Issues

A major connectivity outage prevented a subset of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) profiles from performing actions in Sprout Social from 2026-04-24 12:28 UTC to 2026-04-27 19:09 UTC, lasting 3 days 6 h. Sprout Social linked the disruptions to Meta security checkpoints and advised page admins to check Facebook natively for required security actions; the incident was resolved.
