    Dear Customers, Our service has returned to normalcy after our 3rd party provider rerouted our traffic via a secondary network connectivity. Active health checks are underway but we can confirm service has recovered in full. Sinch would continue to work with 3rd party network provider to determine cause, preventative measures learning from this incident. We sincerely apologize for the service interruption caused and thank you for your patience with us. This incident has been resolved.
