    Ticket Number :: MNOC-43561 Services:: SMSx, iSMS, Description:: Dear Client, We are writing to inform you that we had observed queues for MT traffic towards Verizon within our SMSx & iSMS platform. Few customers may observed a potential delay in delivery for MT traffic sending towards Verizon. Currently all the queues have been cleared and traffic has resumed back to normal. Impact :: Mobile Terminating (MT) Traffic: Potential delay in delivery towards Verizon Mobile Originated (MO) Traffic: No expected Impact DR Notification : No expected Impact Incident Start Date & Time (GMT) : 12th October 2022 14:03 Hrs.
