    We are writing to inform you that, as part of our continuous efforts to improve the performance and reliability of the Chatlayer platform, we will be performing a scheduled database upgrade at the times specified below.

    Type: Scheduled Maintenance – Chatlayer database upgrade

    Date: Wednesday, 28th of October 2026

    This is a rolling, region-by-region upgrade. No full service outage is expected. Customers may experience brief, intermittent service degradation of up to 1 hour during their region's maintenance window, as the systems cycle through the upgrade.

    Windows:
    US: 08:00 – 09:00 UTC
    South America: 09:00 – 10:00 UTC
    India / APAC: 15:00 – 16:00 UTC
    EMEA: 06:00 – 07:00 UTC

    Impact: Customers may experience brief, intermittent delays to bot responses for up to 1 hour during their region's window. No message loss or extended downtime is expected.

    We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or rescheduled, we will update this page accordingly.
