Timeline of updates

  1. update

We investigated an issue affecting a subset of Industries Cloud customers using OmniStudio in production and sandbox environments. Affected customers couldn’t load or save changes in OmniScripts and FlexCards components. Data Mappers and Integration Procedures weren't affected. We identified a recent deployment as the trigger, and we rolled back this change which resolved the issue. Customers previously received messaging regarding this incident here: https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20004397 (opens in new tab).

We apologize for how this incident may have affected you and your business. We will thoroughly investigate the incident, confirming the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and preventive action to avoid a repeat in the future.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.salesforce.com (opens in new tab).
