    We're aware of an issue impacting agent metadata services resulting in a subset of customers experiencing issues retrieving or deploying agent metadata.
    The team has identified and validated a fix, and are preparing for deployment to the impacted instances.

    We'll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

  2. update

    As of 02:32 UTC on May 8, 2026, we've resolved this issue which impacted customers from retrieving and deploying agent metadata. Users were also unable to use certain custom action types within next-gen agent environments, which may have resulted in blank responses. Legacy agents were not impacted.

    The targeted deployment completed across all impacted environments and services are now restored. The fix will be deployed to the remaining sandbox instances in a staggered manner during the maintenance window.

    We apologize for how this incident impacted you and your business. We will undertake a full investigation of the incident, establishing the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and preventive action to avoid a repeat in the future.
