Optimizely: Optimizely Campaign: Slow response times for some users for Campaign user interface
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Our investigation showed that all our services are and have been fully operational. The slow response times reported by some customers are very likely caused by a degraded service of one (or a few) internet service providers. From what we've seen there are (and have been) packet losses for requests of users that have the Deutsche Telekom as their internet service provider. We are in intensive contact with our internet service provider Telekom as well as with the service provider of the affected data center to support them in problem analysis.
From Optimizely’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.optimizely.com (opens in new tab).
