NordLayer change history: Website, Control Panel, SMP and authentication flow being inaccessible

NordLayer reported a major outage affecting its website, Control Panel, Partner Portal (SMP), and authentication for those portals and the NordLayer Application/Browser Extension. It lasted 3 h 21 min, from 2025-11-18 11:39 UTC to 2025-11-18 15:00 UTC, when it was resolved. NordLayer attributed the failures to the global Cloudflare outage.
