Mezmo reported a major incident affecting LogDNA’s Web App, Livetail and Search: pages were not loading consistently. It started at 2021-04-20 09:04 UTC and was resolved at 2021-04-20 11:54 UTC, lasting 2 h 50 min. Engineers applied a fix, and logs were accessible in the web app upon resolution.
