On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from 3:05 PM to 3:38 PM (US Eastern Time), email click and open events were not recorded and have been lost for a subset of users. During this time, links in emails sent may have led to an error screen. However, email sending and the ability to open emails were not affected and continued as expected. Since 3:38 PM (US Eastern Time), all links have been operating as expected, and both click and open email events continue to be recorded. Accounts using a static Branded Sending domain were not impacted. However, those using a Dynamic Branded Sending domain or no Branded Sending domain may have been affected.
