HubSpot: Some marketing emails experienced elevated soft bounce rates
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 11:49 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Sep 28, 2023 and 3:00 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Oct 1, 2023, some customers experienced marketing email delivery issues to certain email service providers. This was caused by an update to our email-sending infrastructure. As of 3:00 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Oct 1, 2023, newly sent marketing emails should be delivered properly and the incident has been fully resolved. For customers who had soft-bounced email sends, we won't be re-sending emails to those contacts. If you wish to re-send emails to those contacts, you can create a list from the "Bounced" emails under the "Recipients" from your email, and re-send the email to this list following these instructions https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-do-i-resend-an-email (opens in new tab).
From HubSpot’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.hubspot.com (opens in new tab).
