HubSpot: Retroactive status page: Phone numbers captured incorrectly when country drop-down enabled
Timeline of updates
- resolved
On March 11th at 12:41 EST we resolved an issue with the phone number country code dropdown feature forms that was in effect between March 5th 6:00 EST and March 11th 1:00 EST. When the feature was enabled, it was incorrectly stripping all numbers before the “0” digit. As a result, any phone numbers counting the digit "0" would have been captured incorrectly during the time this issue was in effect. The issue was identified at 11:58 EST and resolved at 12:41 EST on 11 March. All phone number fields using the country drop-down option will now correctly capture all digits. Unfortunately any incorrectly captured phone numbers cannot be restored.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.hubspot.com (opens in new tab).
