Some Grafana instances in GCP US Central (prod-us-central-0, prod-us-central-3, prod-us-central-4) were unavailable during a critical incident from 2026-08-04 19:11 UTC to 2026-08-05 01:32 UTC (6 h 20 min). Grafana reported cloud-provider compute capacity exhaustion, moved affected workloads to alternative capacity, and rolled out a change to restore service.
