Gorgias: Unreliable rules execution for email tickets on eu-west1-c511 and us-east4-65cd
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Due to a faulty upgrade that we did on May 14, over the last 2 days we noticed unreliable execution of rules on tickets created from emails. The most impacted customers were the ones located on eu-west1-c511 and us-east4-65cd clusters. The upgrade was rolled back and everything should be back to normal. We are really sorry for the issues and we will make sure that it will not happen anymore!
From Gorgias’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.gorgias.com (opens in new tab).
