This incident has been resolved and all recording servers are fully operational. Between 6:42 PM and 7:35 PM EST (23:42 and 0:35 UTC), FullStory recording servers experienced a partial outage wherein approximately 75% of calls to /rec/page were lost. For sessions that would have been recorded during this time, this will likely result in either a complete or partial loss of the data in those sessions. We’ll write a full postmortem of this incident to our status blog detailing what happened and what we’re doing to prevent this from happening in the future.
