Dialpad: Toll Free Quality Degradation - 12/29/15
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Starting at 11:30am PST on 12/29/15, we detected that the audio quality on a number of Toll-Free calls had degraded to the point that calls to some of those Toll-free numbers would have been very low quality. We identified the issue as coming from a particular data center of one of our carrier partners for those numbers and took steps to reroute those numbers to a different provider, which was completed within 90 minutes and all systems and quality was reported back to normal by 1:20pm PST on 12/29/15.
From Dialpad’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.dialpad.com (opens in new tab).
