Timeline of updates

  1. resolved

At 1911Z we upgraded a component of our system that caused emails sent through Office365 and possibly other email providers to be delayed. This change was reverted at 2200Z and email should now be delivered without issues. Some users may have to resync their accounts to clear any remaining errors. The issue appears to be caused by an incompatibility between encryption capabilities but we are continuing to research the failures to identity the exact cause. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

From Close’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.close.com (opens in new tab).
