Braze: Elevated Dashboard Login Errors EU01
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Retroactive update: Between 14:03 and 14:14 UTC, the EU01 dashboard log-in experienced an increase in errors. The services have operated as normal since then, and our DBAs have identified the root cause as a faulty database node on one of our critical database instances. Due to the reduced redundancy caused by the faulty database node, between 16:13 and 19:15 UTC, a subset of customers on EU01 would have experienced message-sending and data-processing latency as we worked to restore functionality.
From Braze’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on braze.statuspage.io (opens in new tab).
