What changed
Struck in red is what Census removed; blue is what they added. Muted text is unchanged context.
Before: investigating
After: monitoring
Before: not present
After: We have identified the issue which has been caused by an internal system certificate update that was not fully applied across all of our older infrastructure. Because of this, some internal service-to-service communication was interrupted, which prevented reason syncs from being triggered as expected.
Before: not present
After: The system certificate has been updated now and it should resolve the sync trigger issue. We are currently monitoring the sync trigger run.
