Updated guidance is now available in the self-sign-up flow and documentation to help customers select an existing WhatsApp Business Account by account name or a connected phone number when configuring WhatsApp senders. Customers can continue creating a new WhatsApp Business Account, and adding senders to an existing account should now proceed using the updated instructions. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
