AddedUpdateidentified#1
Before: not present
After: We are continuing to work on the issue affecting services in the Azure EU region. Our investigation indicates that a long-running background data operation is placing heavy load on our content delivery infrastructure, and publish requests are queuing up as a result. During this time, users may continue to experience delays or failures when publishing content (including scheduled publishes, bulk actions, and release deployments), errors on some Content Delivery API, GraphQL Delivery API, and Sync requests, and delays in webhook delivery. Our engineering team is actively working to reduce the load and clear the publishing backlog. We understand the impact this may have on your operations and are treating this with the highest priority. Customer Action: Please delay republishing the same entries repeatedly while this issue is ongoing. Queued publish requests will be processed as service recovers. We will share our next update as soon as we have more information. If you encounter any difficulties accessing our services, please reach out to our Contentstack Support for assistance at support@contentstack.com.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Rewindex captured this after the last checkpoint; the next run () commits it.
